Clean dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers to ensure the kitchen maintains a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, and utensils. Correctly place and store all equipment in assigned areas while stocking serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators with necessary items. Wash trash receptacles with water or steam and move supplies using hand trucks. May assist in cleaning and preparing food as directed. Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly in compliance with health and sanitation guidelines.
