Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for flatware, glassware, and tableware using machine and manual methods. Wash, sort, stack, and store soiled dishes, cookware, and storage containers while keeping the dish area organized and free of clutter. Set up dish stations, change water in machines every two hours, and properly dilute chemicals. Keep floors dry throughout the shift, manage trash removal, and assist with food prep and deliveries as directed. Maintain clean service, dining, and pantry areas while following posted daily duties and workplace safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
