Dishwasher

Operate and maintain the automatic dishwashing machine, washing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans while following "clean as you go" procedures to ensure sanitation standards. Return cleaned items to proper storage areas, monitor and empty trash, and keep silverware sorted and containers organized. Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments, sweep and mop kitchen and service area floors using proper safety protocols including wet floor signage, and break down the dishwashing machine. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with additional duties as needed. This evening shift includes weekends and holidays with a $1.50 per hour weekend differential.
