Job Summary
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils before placing them in racks for the dish machine. Stack clean dishes, carry them to the cook line, and rewash soiled items prior to delivery. Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, change dishwater to standard, and remove trash into a dumpster. Set up or break down the dishwashing area while managing overall kitchen cleanliness. Perform eight to ten hours of work in a hot, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted and moving around 80-90% of your shift.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and safety
- Legal working age
- Ability to lift & carry 35-50lbs unassisted
- Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift
- Be able to carry trays of dishes
- To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time
- Ability to work in a hot fast-paced environment
- Can lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Team player attitude
- Strong attention to detail
