Job Summary
Dishwasher role in RH Hospitality's kitchen to maintain a pristine, sanitary environment and support daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cleaning dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils; assisting with basic food prep, inventory organization, and back-of-house cleaning; collaborating with team members and leadership to uphold sanitation standards and support a world-class culinary experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment
- Basic awareness of food safety standards
- Legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying
- Must meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
- Physical ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
