Job Summary
Assist the Sous Chef by maintaining all Kitchen facilities and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Operates the dish machine, washes and sanitizes dishes and food prep equipment, disposes of garbage, sweeps/mops floors, cleans refrigerators/freezers, maintains kitchen areas, follows safety instructions and PPE use, reports safety issues, understands the Fire Evacuation Plan, stores and stocks inventory, and adheres to company policies. Must be courteous to residents, staff, and guests; able to work all shifts; education level preferred HS Diploma/GED; ability to lift 25 lbs; technology proficiency with payroll systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
