Job Summary
Load, run, and unload the dish machine while monitoring water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary cycles per Department of Health guidelines. Wash, sanitize, and store all tableware and kitchenware, maintaining adequate detergent supplies and keeping the dish room organized. Report any mechanical issues to the Chef or Sous Chef and handle items carefully to prevent breakage. Report any mechanical issues to the Chef or Sous Chef. This role supports the kitchen team under the Chef & Sous Chef, requiring knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check
