Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware while maintaining proper storage and organization. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards. Assist team members with kitchen and food preparations by cleaning, preparing, and packaging various foods for cooking and serving. Clear and reset restaurant tables of dishware and trash, relocating items to designated areas. Keep stations neat using the clean as you go method. Sweep, wet mop, and brush floors as needed. Maintain a guest service mentality while prioritizing responsibilities through multi-tasking. Requires frequent standing, walking, and carrying items up to 40 pounds. Minimum of one year in a food preparation position preferred.

- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
- Must be able to lift items up to 40 pounds.
- Standing/Walking: Remaining on ones feet in an upright position at a workstation or moving about in a work area. (C)
- Carrying: Moving an object usually by holding it in hands or arms, or on shoulders. (C)
- Lifting: Raising an object from one level to another with hands or arms and/or shoulders, back and legs. Must be able to lift items up to 40 pounds. (C)
- Pushing/Pulling: Exerting force upon an object so that object moves away from/towards the force. (C)
- Stooping; Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at waist. (C)
- Bending: Bending knees to come to rest on knees or knee. (C)
- Reaching; Extending hands or arms in any direction. (C)

- Bending/Twisting; Continual intermittent twisting of the spine. (C)

- Vision; Clarity of vision at near or far distances. (C)
- Computer usage or other special equipment operated. (C)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a food preparation position within the restaurant business preferred.
