Dishwasher/Prep - Evenings (Back of House)

Wash and sanitize dishes during the evening shift, with additional assignments to prepare food items such as lemonade, mac and cheese, salads, and fruit cups. Maintain kitchen standards by utilizing fresh ingredients, including whole breast chicken prepared without fillers or hormones and produce delivered multiple times weekly. Ensure all tasks are completed until 11pm as part of our commitment to serving high-quality, simple meals made with whole lemons, pure cane sugar, and water.
