Dishwasher / Prep Cook (Winter)

Perform dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning to maintain health standards. Clean pots, dishes, and glassware with care; sweep the kitchen and storage areas; maintain cleanliness across the entire kitchen and support daily/weekly cleaning checklists. Record breakages with reasons and assist kitchen and service staff during busy periods. Focus on minimizing waste of food, materials, and chemicals, while staying clean in appearance and adhering to personal hygiene. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours. Seasonal winter role with an emphasis on teamwork and a positive, animated approach to keeping operations running smoothly. Prior dishwashing experience is an asset; willingness to assist in other areas of the kitchen as required.
