Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools quickly while maintaining clean and organized dish stations. Assist with trash removal, end-of-shift cleanup, and keeping floors and back-of-house spaces safe. Perform basic food prep including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients with proper FIFO labeling and rotation. Set up prep items for service and support the kitchen team during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shift. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $19 depending on experience. This role offers consistent hours and steady business at 15 Walnut in South Hamilton.
