Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness of floors, trash areas, sinks, and prep stations. Assist with basic food prep, ingredient organization, and inventory deliveries, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and food safety guidelines are followed. Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability REQUIRED
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift

Desired Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
- Spanish speaking is a plus
