Job Summary
Dishwasher (Porter) at Soho House in West Hollywood supports kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing pots, pans, silverware, dishware and glassware, operating the industrial dishwasher, and assisting the Chef on Duty as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following health and safety policies, adhering to SOPs, managing inventory to prevent loss, and collaborating with other stations as required. Requires 1+ years of experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of consistent work experience
- Ability to focus, organize and prioritize in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining company standards
- Ability to react quickly when faced with unusual scenarios.
- Must have open and flexible availability to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive and influential member of the team
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
