Dishwasher PM

Dishwasher position at Los Poblanos in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, and food storage receptacles; restocking plates and equipment; maintaining cleanliness of the space, including dish machines, storage areas, and floors; handling trash, recycling, compost, and general waste management; assisting in other kitchen areas as needed; performing duties with attention to safety and efficiency. Requires prior experience in a kitchen, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. The role is full or part-time, non-exempt, reporting to the PM Sous Chef, at a property with multiple dining and hospitality venues.
