Dishwasher - Pizza Bar

Maintain the dish room and dish machine while assisting with cleaning other space areas as requested. Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications and restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift. Keep trash and dumpster areas clean and organized, assisting with garbage removal when needed. Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a tidy environment and communicating effectively with co-workers. This role requires the ability to carry items up to 50 pounds, stand for an entire shift, and safely move throughout the kitchen. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
