Dishwasher

Operate dish machines and wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cookware while maintaining the dish and pot washing areas. Clean large and small production equipment including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, and ventilation screens. Perform janitorial duties in dining rooms, bistros, and other dining service areas, ensuring all food storage and cleaning activities comply with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures. Work Mon-Fri with every other weekend required, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director at The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills.
