Job Summary
Manage the flow of dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests. Wash and clean all food service utensils, plates, glasses, serving ware, pots, and pans used to prepare food. Assist other kitchen staff with cleaning work stations and support food prep when needed. Work in a busy clubhouse kitchen environment requiring constant use of water and hands, with the ability to stand, stoop, and lift 50 lbs. Schedule and on-call rotation apply.
