Job Summary
Dishwasher position responsible for keeping the dish area clean and organized, loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, restocking plate ware and silverware at each station, monitoring water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles, washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Must be able to work on-site in Coral Gables, FL. Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, professional, respectful, and team-driven restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented with good communication
- Work in a fast-paced environment
