Job Summary
Dishwasher position in a restaurant setting responsible for keeping the dish area clean and organized, loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, restocking plate ware and silverware, monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles, washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work as part of a team with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
