Dishwasher

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests according to company policies and performance standards. Ensure kitchen work areas, restaurant common areas, plate ware, silverware, equipment, and utensils are clean and in excellent condition. Arrange soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays, load them into the dishwasher, and remove clean items to stock kitchen personnel and servers. Wash pots and pans in a three-compartment sink, air dry dishes without stacking, and maintain cleanliness of stations and work areas. Perform side work during shift downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning bathrooms, and assisting crew members. Remove soiled dishes from the cook's line, keep the dish area organized and dry, clean the employee restroom, assist with food deliveries, break down boxes, remove trash, and pick up the parking lot and grounds. Work extensive standing and walking for up to 8 hours with exposure to heat, steam, and chemicals, lifting up to 50 pounds.
