Job Summary
Dishwasher position responsible for washing pots, pans, and utensils and maintaining cleanliness of the dishwashing area, machine, and related facilities. Includes sanitizing dishware, floors, and storage areas; refilling chemicals; assisting in proper food and dry storage; participating in daily stand-up meetings; completing computer-assisted training; and upholding safety, hygiene, and attendance standards. Requires ability to follow instructions, knowledge of minimum temperature requirements for food/drink preservation, and adherence to tribal, federal, state, and local sanitary regulations; must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Preferred education: High School Diploma or GED; background in restaurant/food service; NM Food Handlers certification within 30 days of hire; background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course within 30 days of hire date
- Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screening
