Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the dish room and dish machine and cleaning other areas as requested. Responsibilities include operating dish washing machines, restocking dishes and utensils, keeping trash areas clean, and assisting with kitchen organization and sanitation. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ideal candidates should have prior restaurant experience, be fluent in English, and potentially work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to safely move about in all areas of the kitchen
