Dishwasher

Dishwasher at Pastini responsible for maintaining a sterile, organized dish area and supporting front and back of house with daily cleaning, deep cleaning projects, and stocking of restroom supplies. Duties include washing dishes, pots and pans, maintaining sanitary and safe work environments, following health department regulations, using proper dish chemicals, assisting with catering deliveries and special tasks as directed. Must arrive on time, be groomed and in uniform, and work well in a fast-paced team setting while following company policies and break procedures. Strong emphasis on timing, hygiene, and collaboration with management and staff for smooth restaurant operations.
