Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to eliminate contamination risks. Utilize food and product safety policies to clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean condition. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. This part-time role at Worcester Red Sox (Polar Park) pays $18.00 hourly with 401(k) matching and remains open until October 2, 2026. A valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit are required if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
