Job Summary
Dishwasher responsible for the overall storage and cleanliness of tableware, cookware, and other food & beverage service items; maintain proper sanitation of dishwashing areas; operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to provide clean, sanitized china, glass, and silver; sort/wash/store china, glassware, silverware, and utensils; assist in food service setup for banquets; perform opening/closing side duties; follow OSHA regulations and hotel requirements; maintain inventory controls and support banquet functions; lift and move items as needed; present a professional appearance and support hotel core values.
Required Qualifications
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position with a full-service hotel or restaurant
