Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to prevent contamination. Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean. Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and food and beverage policies and procedures. Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment with excellent attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
