Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares to ensure highest sanitation levels and eliminate contamination risks. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety standards, and established policies while removing trash and maintaining loading and receiving areas. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning, and thoroughly clean all food service areas and equipment. Maintain excellent attendance and remain available to work events as scheduled per business needs. This part-time role offers a $17.00-$18.00 hourly rate with 401(k) matching and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
