Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to eliminate contamination risks. Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety standards, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Also, clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. This part-time role at Temple Gardens Centre pays $16.50 CAD/hour and is tip eligible, with benefits including a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching. The position remains open until September 18, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
