Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to eliminate contamination risks. Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean. Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures. Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment with excellent attendance. Hourly rate of $15.15-$19.00 with 401(k) matching. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
