Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to eliminate contamination risks. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety standards, and established policies to ensure compliance. Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean, then stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. Work part-time at an hourly rate of $14.00 to $18.00 with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no deadline.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
