Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares while maintaining the highest sanitation levels to prevent contamination. Remove trash and keep loading and receiving areas safe and clean. Follow Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment. Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment with excellent attendance. This part-time role at Dacotah Bank Center offers a $11.85–$15.50 hourly rate with 401(k) matching. A valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit are required if applicable.
