Dishwasher (Part Time)

Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of all silverware, plate-ware, glassware, equipment, and cookware while keeping work areas dry and safe. Wash dishes, pots, and pans; clean trash bins and deposit garbage into dumpsters. Keep floors free of spills, food, and obstacles, and perform daily walk-in cooler cleaning. Circulate through the work area to ensure line of sight and atmosphere control, organizing and storing all dishware and rotating equipment up to 40 lbs. Assemble, disassemble, and descale dish machines, and perform opening and closing duties. Comply with Health Codes and Cosm safety standards while assisting other employees in this fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
- Demonstrate Cosmworthy attitude.
- Adherence to all Cosm policies and procedures.
- Ability to keep up with fast paced high volume kitchen and restaurant.
- Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
