Job Summary
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or via conveyor, and polish silver using designated equipment and procedures. Maintain kitchen, work areas, and equipment in orderly and sanitary conditions by sweeping floors, washing prep surfaces, and removing trash. Ensure compliance with safety standards, temperature controls, and chemical levels while transferring supplies between storage and work areas. Perform other duties as assigned, including loading and unloading supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening

Desired Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in healthcare, hotel or restaurant preferred
