Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares to ensure highest sanitation levels free of contamination risk. Utilize M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety standards, and established policies while removing trash and maintaining receiving areas. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning, and clean all food service areas and equipment. Maintain excellent attendance per business needs and work in a team-oriented, event-driven environment. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required. Hourly rate is $20.00 per CBA with benefits per union agreement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
