Job Summary
Ensure consistent availability of clean dishes, flatware, pans, and pots for the entire kitchen and restaurant. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by washing and sanitizing kitchen machines, appliances, and cook stations. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries while keeping the kitchen fully stocked. Take out trash and rinse garbage cans as needed. Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations at all times. Support other team members with tasks when the need arises to foster a collaborative kitchen environment. Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate different types of dishwashing machines and handle various dishes and equipment
