Job Summary
Dishwasher responsible for washing and sanitizing all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keep the dish room clean and organized; provide assistance to prep cooks and kitchen staff during peak times; operate an industrial dishwasher; load/unload deliveries; perform opening, closing and side work; maintain proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Learn about chemicals used in the building and how to use them properly
- Ability to work around varying temperatures in kitchen
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
