Job Summary
Dishwasher needed to maintain operation and cleanliness of the dish washing equipment and workflow in the kitchen. Responsibilities include washing china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant and banquet department; breaking down boxes and emptying trash; cleaning walls, floors, mats, and ovens/refrigerators; ensuring dish machine sanitization by maintaining proper temperatures; assisting with unloading shipments and putting items away; and adhering to safety practices in a fast-paced food-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stock items on shelves above eye level
- Able to stand for long periods
- Aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area
