Job Summary
Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and ensure the cleanliness of kitchenware including china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Break down boxes and empty trash, clean walls and floors, assist with ovens and refrigerators, and monitor dish machine sanitation temperatures. Load and unload shipments as needed, and put items away. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, stock shelves above eye level, and follow safety procedures in a kitchen environment. Little to no travel required; position is on-site in a hotel kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- You are able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- You have the ability to stock items on shelves above eye level
- You are able to stand for long periods of time
- You are aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
