Dishwasher

Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen by loading, running, and unloading the dish machine. Assume full responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware while keeping the dish machine clean and reporting any mechanical issues to the Manager immediately. Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas as required, handling tableware carefully to prevent breakage. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a guest focus. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
