Job Summary
Dishwashers at DEN Airport are responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience by keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for use. Responsibilities include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine; maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen; ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of dishware and related areas; reporting functional or mechanical issues to the Manager; handling tableware to prevent breakage; cleaning and sanitizing food preparation and production areas; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.
