Job Summary
Clean all kitchen items, visually inspect them for standards compliance, and maintain the dishwashing machine for efficient operation. At the end of the day, remove and wash floor mats while de-greasing them. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills, the ability to prioritize concurrent tasks, and self-starting initiative. You must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and standing on your feet for eight hours in a fast-paced environment.
