Dishwasher

Wash pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand using Roper Ware techniques. Scrape food from dishes, wash all utensils, glassware, and dishware, then sort and stock clean items. Change dish machine chemicals and water, inspect machine functionality, and ensure work areas remain clean throughout the shift. Wash/mop tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and other BOH and FOH areas. Sort and remove trash to the dumpster. Operate the cleaning caddy every shift and perform janitor functions in bar and restroom areas. Communicate with BOH and FOH team members in a high-pace environment. Complete hourly position validations including safety and systems training.
