Job Summary
Wash food service objects by hand or with equipment, and clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, placing them in assigned storage areas. Sweep, mop, and wipe down all general food service areas and equipment, while removing garbage and setting up or breaking down tables. Prepare food products safely and efficiently following standard procedures, and assist with periodic large cleaning projects. Stock storage areas with various products and coordinate activities with other food service requirements. Maintain service machines and perform other pertinent duties as assigned. Fluency in English is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Some prior experience or training which demonstrates knowledge of cleaning equipment/processes or a suitability for and interest in this type of work, preferred
