Job Summary
Set up dish area, clean dishes, glasses, and pots and pans throughout the shift, and inspect items as they exit the machine. Stock plates and kitchen supplies, maintain a clean workspace, mop floors, and clean walls. Assist the Chef with food prep or detail cleaning, put orders away, and ensure shelves are organized. This role requires lifting up to 50lbs, standing for 8-12 hours, and tolerating temperatures below 40F and above 140F. You must be able to hear and respond to requests in a loud environment while tolerating cleaning agents. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Skill and coordination in using kitchen tools and equipment
- Ability to remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 40F and above 140F) throughout the shift
- Ability to hear, understand, and respond to employees' requests in aloud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cleaning adgents and chemicals
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
