Job Summary
Set up dish areas, clean dishes, glasses, and pots and pans throughout the shift, and inspect items as they exit the machine. Stock plates and kitchen supplies, maintain a clean workspace, mop floors, and clean walls. Assist the chef with food prep or detail cleaning, put orders away, and ensure shelves remain organized. This role requires standing for 8-12 hours, lifting up to 50lbs, and tolerating temperatures below 40F and above 140F. Work in a fast-paced environment while responding to requests in a loud setting. Required Qualifications
