Job Summary
Operate the industrial dishwasher, wash glassware and implements by hand, and empty all trash receptacles. Perform daily cleaning duties, follow sanitation policies, and clean up spills or broken glassware immediately. Provide assistance to prep cooks and other kitchen staff during peak times, while handling opening, closing, and side work. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment maintaining food safety standards and team communication.
