Job Summary
Operate dish pits and dish machines to maintain efficiency and teamwork in the back of house. Provide friendly, thoughtful interaction with co-workers while supporting the broader BOH environment. Maintain a safe, team-oriented atmosphere by adhering to all operational standards. This role requires previous casual dining experience and a current Florida Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain one within 60 days). Join a team dedicated to crafting creative Deep South Italian dishes using farm-fresh seasonal ingredients.
Required Qualifications
- Previous casual dining restaurant experience
- Dedication to cooking, prepping and preparing the best possible food for our guests
- A current Florida Food Handlers Card certification, or you will need to get one within 60 days of hire
