Dishwasher

Wash all wares in dishwashing machines or by hand, polish silverware and platters, and sweep and mop kitchen floors. Collect trash, examine garbage for misplaced items, and wash stainless steel surfaces including ice machines and walk-ins. Store dishes in proper areas, clean dish machines, and assist in food preparation or cooler cleaning. Maintain inventories of soap and chemicals while transferring supplies between storage and work areas. Handle china and glassware carefully to minimize breakage. Ensure the kitchen area remains clean and tidy to prevent health hazards, reporting any accidents or near-miss incidents immediately. This seasonal role at The Club at New Seabury requires a High School diploma and Food Safety certification.
