Dishwasher handles cleaning of dishes, glassware, pots and pans; organizes and safely stores clean dishes and kitchen equipment; operates the dishwasher and kitchen equipment safely; maintains cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen areas; ensures proper handling and use of cleaning products and chemicals; assists in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including work surfaces and floors; empties trash and recycling bins; sweeps, mops, and cleans kitchen areas and fixtures as required; supports kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations; follows all health, safety, and sanitation standards; required to stand or walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs; and must have a flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends and holidays; effective communication with team members; valid work permit; position is hourly in Ottawa, in-person at Cocotte Bistro location per posting.
