Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware, and kitchen items while maintaining Department of Health sanitation standards. Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, floors, mats, and related areas. Manage supplies and equipment usage based on predetermined levels. Assist kitchen and utility personnel as needed. Promote outstanding customer relations and foster a supportive team environment. Perform all other duties assigned. Requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs frequently and stand/walk 6-8 hours. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. frequently
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours
- Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays
